During the COVID-19 crisis, we have all had to make fundamental adjustments to how we work, educate our children and take care of ourselves and our families. We have increased concerns about safety due to the virus and the orders to stay at home and wear masks. We are all feeling the chronic stress as the pandemic stretches into year 2, and we may not even realize the impact on us, especially due to the inequities that have been brought to light. We'll focus on how to increase our own resiliency by tapping into the positive experience of compassion satisfaction and meaningful connections.
