Position Summary
SOAR! Adventure Park is seeking a driven, servant-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced,
family entertainment environment. The Assistant Manager will partner with the General
Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead and develop team members, maintain
operational excellence, and drive financial performance.
This position oversees up to 20 team members per shift within our 24,000-square-foot facility,
which can accommodate up to 300 guests per hour and includes four party rooms.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front of House and Cashier teams.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
- Assist with hiring, performance management, and corrective action.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the park.
Guest Experience & Operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service in a clean, safe, and fun environment.
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure company service standards are met.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, event staffing, and facility readiness.
- Conduct attraction and equipment inspections and maintain safety compliance.
- Lead in booking groups, parties, and facility rentals.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Manage labor to meet staffing needs and cost objectives.
- Oversee cash handling, till assignments, and daily reconciliations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for concessions, supplies, and party
materials.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documentation in a timely manner.
Systems & Technology
- Serve as the primary administrator for Roller, Intelliplay, and Sling software systems.
- Maintain and update products, schedules, and system configurations.
- Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and support needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 2 years of management experience in family entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or
a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
