Job Title: Rowmark Sales Support Specialist
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Rowmark proudly manufactures, markets and distributes a wide array of innovative and quality products for our customers primarily in the awards, recognition and signage markets. Our extensive product line of sheet materials are distributed in over 80 countries around the world.
As a Rowmark Sales Support Specialist you will support the Rowmark Sales Team.
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide internal support, acting as liaison between outside sales and operations:
- Communicate customer requirements internally
- Account setup and part number generation
- Order entry - send order confirmations directly to customers
- Secure and communicate lead times for orders
- Coordinate custom color requests with technic al team and track progress
- Process all sample requests - custom and standard
- Work with Fab Dept to make sure that samples of custom production are retained
- Work closely with the quality team to track and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely responses and execution of corrective action plans.
- Customer facing communication and coordination:
- Provide formal quotes and estimated freight rates
- Monitor customer ship dates and proactively communicate any changes
- Communicate directly with the customer during the ordering process to gather all necessary info/documents- become a true resource for the customer by engaging with them on day one
- Check and communicate inventory
- Respond to all engraving quote requests directly
- Provide tracking info for shipments/samples
- Help maintain focus on engraving sales through key industrial accounts
Collaborate with marketing on promotional efforts for new product launches and updates.
Assist in trade show preparation and, if needed, attend select events (up to 10% travel).
Contribute to the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and other customer-facing materials.

Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
Minimum 3–5 years of inside sales, customer support, or B2B marketing experience.
Familiar with manufacturing or materials (especially plastics or engraving materials) is a plus.
Experience working in CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a call center, inside sales, or distribution support environment is preferred.
